Duck Confit
sweet potato waffle, arugula, cranberry vinaigrette, shallot and fennel jam, local honey
Pork Consomme
crawfish, brunoise vegetables, shallot, tomato, radish, fresh herbs
Scallops
arugula and black walnut pesto, jicama, orange, grapefruit, tarragon
Braised Short Rib
carrot chips, shallot rings, gremolata, yukon potatoes
Three Nut Tarte
maple ice cream, chili ganache
Five courses with real Champagne toast $80.00 per person (tax and gratuity not included)
