Chef Amaury is an eclectic restaurant, perhaps one of the finest restaurants in the western suburbs. Our menu changes weekly and is seasonal. Our cuisine has been described as new american meets french meets latin caribbean. We are eclectic and choose to be that way so that there is always something new and exciting to experience at the restaurant. The chef is always present and welcoming. When you enter the restaurant, be ready for the most memorable restaurant experience ever. Our cuisine will uplift and take you to places only imagined. Our goal is to be the best restaurant period. Our menus are prix fix and range in price from $30.00-60.00 a person. The amount of courses offered usually consists of three to five. Occationally, we have special nights, like Valentines day where we offer 6-8 courses (price $75.00 per person). Situated much like a Chef’s Table at a fine dining restaurant, Chef Amaury will tell you about each course as we bring it out. We feature fresh fish such as wild Copper River Salmon or Sea Bass caught off the coast of Massachusetts. We do our best to secure the best and freshest meats, fish and seafood. In season, the chef procures organic produce from local farmers.
