Chef Amaury is an eclectic restaurant, perhaps one

of the finest restaurants in the western suburbs

A message from Chef Amaury

Our restaurant was awarded THREE STARS (out of four) by the Chicago Tribune's restaurant critic Phil Vettel. We are very honored by the recognition and would like to thank all of our customers for believing in us by supporting our restaurant. We could not have done this without the support of our staff and guests/friends. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart.

Beer Club At 33 West. May's Theme is Belgian Tripels!

5 half-bottle tastings for $17:
Unibroue "Fin du Monde" Tripel
Allagash Tripel
St. Feuillien Tripel
Westmalle Tripel
St. Bernardus Tripel
For the first time at Beer Club we will be offering small-bite pairings for $5 apiece: House-made lamb sausage
or
Local triple cream brie
Each is served with bread on request
As always, everyone is invited to this informal tasting, and no reservations are  required.
If you are unfamiliar with the Belgian Tripel style, imagine the citrus of witbier married with earthy yeasts and the mouthfeel of champagne. This just happens to be Chris the bartender's favorite year-round style.
Any questions? Call 630-375-0426
Hope to see you there. Cheers!.
