Chef Amaury is an eclectic restaurant, perhaps one

of the finest restaurants in the western suburbs

A message from Chef Amaury

Our restaurant was awarded THREE STARS (out of four) by the Chicago Tribune's restaurant critic Phil Vettel. We are very honored by the recognition and would like to thank all of our customers for believing in us by supporting our restaurant. We could not have done this without the support of our staff and guests/friends. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart.

HEALTHY HARVEST

Come out and celebrate summer goodness with us at Chef Amaury. This year's summer crop has been exceptional. Exotic organic, copra onions,  music pink garlic, kale, purple norland new potatoes, baby zucchini, early purple onions, white globe turnips, chiagga and bulls blood beets  from Kendall County's only certified

organic farm, "Sol Garden" and swiss chard, yellow wax beans, and Kohlrabi from "Lamb of God" farm and maybe baby carrots from Josh the farmer. And last but not least, bread, served with our cheese plates from Katic artisanal breads made with heirloom organic wheat from right here in Aurora. So come one come all to Chef Amaury and don't forget to send me a quick wave in the kitchen. Look forward to seeing soon. Cheers!

Our menu changes weekly and is seasonal. We are eclectic and choose to be that way so that there is always something new and exciting to experience at the restaurant.

The chef is always present and welcoming. When you enter the restaurant, be ready for the most memorable restaurant experience ever. Our cuisine will uplift and take you to places only imagined. Our goal is to be the best restaurant period. Please call us and let us know if there is anything else that we can do to make your experience one that you would never forget.
